Lodging & Meals

Occupancy is determined by the number of people in a room ages 12 years old and older. There is no lodging cost for children under the age of 12 years.

Lodging Prices with all Meals Included:

Single occupancy: $382 per person for 3 nights single occupancy lodging plus $106 per person for all meals during the conference. Total cost is per person $488

Double occupancy: $191 per person for 3 nights double occupancy lodging plus $106 per person for all meals during the conference. Total cost is per person $297

Triple occupancy: $127 per person for 3 nights triple occupancy lodging plus $106 per person for all meals during the conference. Total cost is per person $233

Quadruple occupancy: $95 per person for 3 nights quadruple occupancy lodging plus $106 per person for all meals during the conference. Total cost is per person $201

Regarding children attending conference:

Children ages 12-17: Price is same as adults
Children ages 6 -11 years: $61 per child for meals during the conference.
Children ages 0-5 years: There is also no cost for meals for children ages 0-5 years with a paying adult. Parents will need to bring their own pack-n-play and bedding if desired.
