Conference Registration Fee:
$75 per Adult (18 yrs and up)
$25 per family for all children under 17 yrs
Conference Meals:
$106/person ages 12 yrs – Adult
$61/child ages 6 – 11 yrs
$0/child ages 5 and under
Conference Lodging:
Single Room = $382 per Adult
Double Room = $191/person ages 12 yrs – Adult
Triple Room = $127/person ages 12 yrs – Adult
Quad Room = $95/person ages 12 yrs – Adult
Example for 1 Adult:
$75 (Registration) + $106 (Meals) + $191 (Double Room) = $372 Total Cost for CCA Conference.
*Note: Registration Fee is $100 after April 20 and Room/Meal Prices will also increase after April 20.
Hotel Rooms at the Conference Location
Each room has 2 queen beds, coffee maker, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Accessible rooms are available. Let us know if you would like to reserve an accessible room.
Occupancy is determined by the number of people in a room ages 12 years old and older.
There is no lodging cost for children under the age of 12 years.
Note: Parents need to bring their own baby bed or pack-n-play or bedding for babies/infants/toddlers, if desired, because the conference hotel rooms DO NOT have baby beds, cribs, or pack-n-plays.
*Staying Off-Site Costs
*Day Price: $25/per day for each person ages 12 years and older
There is no day charge for children ages 0-11 years
*If you plan to eat lunch and dinner, add $34/per pay for each person (ages 12 years and older).
Off-site children’s meals are $8.50/child/meal for children ages 6-11 years old, and free for children ages 0-5 years with a paying adult.
