Let’s Pray about CCA 2024

What an amazing CCA 2023. We have heard so many encouraging reports about the blessings you experienced. Yesterday I spoke with someone who said, “We are riding the wave of momentum from CCA.” He went on to explain that the Afghan believers who attended CCA are teaching the brothers and sisters in their city the things they learned at CCA (2 Timothy 2:2). Praise God!

Please pray for the CCA board as we begin to plan CCA 2024. We heard so many great comments about the location, and we believe we found some ways to keep the costs lower. So, at least for now, we hope to return to the same location July 7-10, 2024. Mark Your Calendars.

We also have a team looking into possible locations for CCA 2025! Booking a location 2 years in advance will give us more options. So, please share with us by clicking on this email any ideas you have about other locations for 2025. Don’t forget to Mark your Calendars for CCA 2024 – July 7-10.

An Amazing 20th Anniversary Celebration

What an amazing twenty years. Twenty years ago God placed the vision of CCA on the hearts of a few people. The vision resulted in a small gathering of Concerned Christians who gathered to pray for Afghanistan. The vision spread to include you.

Since those early days, the first Taliban regime came and was driven away. The second Taliban regime has arrived, seeming even more ruthless and heartless than the first. But, we learn from Scripture that regardless of who is in control of this or that earthly regime, God is clearly the authority and the ruler of every king and kingdom. During our recent gathering, we saw more and more evidence of God’s sovereignty.

“And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us…” Acts 17:26-27
